We are the Williams family and Archangels Project is a global , family run organization based in Colorado.

Troy L. Williams, Founder & President

Troy L. Williams is a distinguished Senior Intelligence Service (SIS)/SES-equivalent executive with over 35 years of global leadership experience in national security, enterprise risk management, and humanitarian crisis response. A former DIA Deputy Division Chief and CIA Global Response Staff (GRS) Regional & Country Chief, he has directed multibillion-dollar programs and complex operations across 40 countries, maintaining a zero-compromise record in high-threat environments. As the Founder of Strategic Support Solutions (S3) and the non-profit Archangels Project, Troy integrates elite intelligence tradecraft with preventive humanitarianism, leading initiatives that range from Al-driven fraud detection and infrastructure protection to the rescue of over 1,000 at-risk individuals in conflict zones like Afghanistan and Ukraine. Holding an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, he leverages deep interagency networks and cutting-edge technology to disrupt transnational crime pipelines and advance strategic global stability.

Enslin & Savannah Scheepers

Program Managers, South Africa

Enslin and Savannah Scheepers are a dedicated married couple, with one young son. Together they are leading transformative conservation and youth empowerment work in South Africa through Archangels Project. They met while working together on a game reserve and now serve as Project Managers for the organization's South Africa project.

Enslin, a passionate field guide with strong leadership skills and over a decade of experience, has led game drives, managed lodge operations, and handled dangerous game in reserves like Klaserie Private Game Reserve and Pilanesberg National Park. His qualifications include FASA Field Guide certification, Advanced Rifle Handling, and Trails Guide training, complemented by strong tracking abilities, multilingual capabilities, and youth mentorship.

With deep roots in Southern Africa's diverse biomes and luxury hospitality, Savannah brings expertise as a published author, wildlife monitor (including cheetah conservation contributions featured in a documentary), and seasoned lodge manager across South Africa, Croatia, and Guatemala. She's held certifications as a FGASA Field Guide ,and her specialties include cyber tracking, and animal behavior, along with skills in professional illustration, cross-cultural guest service, and youth mentorship.
